Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Cathy Berg spent her early adult years traveling in Asia. First as an exchange student, then as a model, and occasionally as a backpacking adventurer. She studied briefly at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles in the early 1990s. In 1992 she settled in Tokyo, Japan, and began work on a new kind of breathing and jumping creation: daughters.
Cathy is currently living in The Netherlands and studying Fine Arts at KABK.
